About the role

As a Fulfilment Specialist your focus is in ensuring a seamless bike packaging proccess. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the whole supply chain of our packaging. You'll be at the forefront of finding the right partners, develope new strategies and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities

You coordinate and facilitate the delivery of packaging materials to private sellers in a cost efficient timely manner.
You are responsible for the development of new strategies for a scalable global solution.
You collaborate with local shipping partners to optimize cost-effective and efficient transportation routes.
You oversee the packaging process, ensuring that bikes are securely and professionally prepared for transit.

About you

You possess a strong background in logistics, with experience in coordinating and optimizing shipping operations.
You bring strong analytical & organizational skills and a structured way of work.
You have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly address and resolve logistical challenges.
You don’t fear sheets and sinking your teeth into an analysis.
You describe yourself as a team player and have excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
