About the role

As a UX Designer (all genders), you'll lead efforts to enhance our users’ purchasing experience from discovery to delivery, as part of a dedicated cross-functional team. Together with the UX team, you'll elevate our UX maturity by advocating for our customers throughout the Design Process and beyond. You'll collaborate closely with developers, to ensure designs meet business and user needs.

Your responsibilities

You own the user experience of purchasing a bike on buycycle across web and app.
You advocate for our users within your cross-functional team, throughout our user-centric Design Process.
You leverage your extensive experience in purchase journeys to optimise the funnel through UX.
You take part in conducting interviews and user tests, leveraging quantitative insights to inform design decisions.
You effectively apply product psychology fundamentals within purchase journeys to enhance user experience and engagement.
You demonstrate proficiency in prototyping with UX and UI design sense, while considering scalability during ideation and prototyping.
You efficiently adapt the design process to project scopes and proactively challenge problems and hypothesis before proposing solutions.
You maintain a balance between business and user objectives, demonstrating a sense of priorities regarding cost versus value.

About you

You have at least 3 years experience in a similar role, for an e-commerce product and have a portfolio that demonstrates your previous relevant work in the field.
You possess a solid mastery of Figma and experience working with a Design System.
You have extensive knowledge and experience of conversion optimisation concepts and techniques.
You show self-reflection on your own design and meticulous attention to detail.
You’re an excellent communicator and listener who efficiently capture input from external and internal stakeholders.
You have experience working in cross-functional teams and are a a team player at heart.
You are fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
