About the role

As Team Lead QA (all genders) at buycycle, you will ensure the highest quality standards across our platforms by leading and scaling our QA processes. You will manage a team of QA engineers, focusing on both manual and automated testing strategies. Your goal is to deliver a bug-free app and maintain a seamless, reliable user experience across all our platforms.

Your responsibilities

• You lead and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• You develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, including manual and automated testing.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product issues early in the development cycle.
• You monitor and enhance the efficiency of CI/CD testing pipelines.
• You ensure detailed bug tracking, reporting, and resolution processes using tools like JIRA.

About you

• You have 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• You are proficient in automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• You have a strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• You have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• You are a proactive leader with a passion for improving product quality and team performance.
